Getting to know me

Hi, I’m Jillian – Welcome to Your Healing Journey

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a passion for helping individuals find their way through life’s challenges. I completed my master’s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University, and I’ve gained valuable experience through an internship at the Community Counselling Centre of London.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, ADHD, and disordered eating. My approach is flexible, drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and spiritual care. For those who are interested, I’m also able to incorporate Christian perspectives into our work together.

I work with individuals aged 13 and older, including teens, adults, and elders. My approach is client-centered, which means I’m here to support you in a way that aligns with your personal goals and needs. Whether you’re just entering your teenage years or navigating later stages of life, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
